Listening Suggestions
I invite you to receive LifeTones in stillness (at first – maybe you want to move or sing along after a few listenings!). Without distractions.
Gift yourself this moment to really relax, and say YES to open for something new – or receive, if you’re ready for that.
Give yourself some time before and after listening.
You may loop the track if you like, and listen several times over a period of time to allow the old to fall away and the new to integrate.
If you have resistance to this toning, don’t push. It’s very powerful, so I invite you to be gentle with yourself and maybe listen to a track with Soothing LifeTones before you move on. I’ll post one here for you as well.
