LifeTones are voice tonings recorded in the field in my playful & intimate encounters with the flower. No previous experience required, only your willingness.

Starting February 7th

The messages of Twinflower come as LifeTones audios or videos (1-4 minutes). You’ll also receive a powerful audio with the guided LifeTones meditation Birth.

Between Feb 7th and March 4th, every Monday, you’ll get access to one new such short video/audio to listen & receive when it suits you.

We will also meet once online for sharings, connection, response – and the magic of an online live harmonising soundbath with LifeTones! You rest comfortably in your safe space and just receive, while I do tonings and play harmonising instruments like crystal bowls (recorded, so you can receive the sounds whenever is suitable for you, and as many times as you wish, for integration).
Soundbaths assist the nervous system & body from stress response into relaxation response – the state in which rejuvenation, harmonisation and healing happen. Effects can often be seen within ten minutes, as your brain waves synchronises with the vibrations of the sounds. Your body is about 75% water – a powerful conductor for the vibrations of sound, promoting circulation, rejuvenation & energy flow. (Learn more about soundbaths here)
