In this wonder-filled audiovisual co-creation, the LifeTones transmits and activates the qualities of the Essence of the flower as it unveils its full cycle of creation to us.
From the mystery of the closed bud, to the magnificent opening, the playfulness of the pistil, the miraculous expansion of the pistil’s spin – all the way to the immense beauty & grace of the withering.
These five phases all have different qualities, captured by the LifeTones. The tones vibrate within YOU, touching, tickling, awakening something that’s unique for you.

All content is recorded & downloadable. You can join in on four live calls with an amazing soundbath (recorded) if you wish.
This is an seven week experience, where we’ll journey with The LifeTones of Hibiscus through the videos & audios of the flower’s life cycle. You’ll receive Hibiscus videos & audios (downloadable), LifeTones miracle experiences (audios) and live soundbath gatherings online.
Each week you’ll receive a new part of the LifeTones of Hibiscus video (video+audio), or a guided LifeTones miracle experience (audio). Videos/audios are between 2 and 10 minutes – nice bites easy to allow yourself the time to listen to. They are packed with lightcodes so you can receive as many times as you wish to play & integrate.
We’ll meet for four live soundbath calls on Zoom. They are recorded so you can watch if you can’t make it live, and also relisten to receive and play with the soundbaths. I sing LifeTones and play gongs & crystal instruments – sounds for expansion that carry frequencies to activate, harmonise & integrate the current theme in you. You can join with sounds of your own voice or conscious breath if you feel it! Or rest & receive in your space. We’ll also exchange on the current theme, and I’ll assist with whatever’s coming up. It’s very powerful on Zoom!
Toning. Room, guidance and invitation to explore your own breath & voice during the soundbaths. Or however your uniqueness will want to play and express itself. Hibiscus will most probably activate Your unique expression.
Optional: Receive Your Unique LifeTones (optional for Exponential Journey). Do you want to go even deeper & higher, to unveil more of who you truly are? I tune in to your Essence and give voice to Your Unique LifeTones. You get a recording to play with and integrate. Receiving your LifeTones is optional (see below). How much time is required?
The videos and audios that that we’ll play with are between 2 and 10 minutes. They arrive on Tuesdays. You listen as often as you wish. Maybe when going to bed, before getting up, or at a short creativity boosting pause at work.
Four live calls 60-90 minutes. Recorded so you can catch the replay and revisit the soundbaths.
The soundbaths will be approximately around 30-45 minutes.

My phone went Bing! Bing! Bing! Bing bing!
Picture after picture of a blossoming Hibiscus – in the kitchen window of my dear friend Helena Lövén.
She was enthusiastic – in Sweden it’s rare that Hibiscuses come into bloom. She wanted to share it with me!
For several days, I received. The mysterious buds. The half open flower, unveiling more and more… and! The Flower opened fully! Revealed the very playful pistil – oh my I felt it in my entire being! It was tickling me, playing in my heart, creating tinglings all the way down to my feet, and sparkles of creative magic in my entire field.
It whispered… it called me… Sound me! Sing me! Tone me!
So… I arranged the photos on my laptop according to the flowers life cycle from bud to withering. I immersed myself, opened my heart, connected to the Essence of Hibiscus – and my voice was filled with its LifeTones & LightSounds. I had my handy recorder and recorded the whole voice journey as it came out of me.
Grateful. So much Love. Joy & Play. Wonder!
I digested the experience and knew it wanted to be a video. My Canadian friend and video creator Dominique Giroux was in my heart.
At some point I asked her
Two years from the initial recording, a video from Dominique appeard in my email. It was The Journey to the Heart of Hibiscus, as she called it!
WOW. My heart was overflowing as I watched it.
Dominique had taken the journey to a new octave!
And here it is now.
A co-creation between Hibiscus, Helena Lövén (Björklinge, Sweden), Dominique Giroux (Québec, Canada), LifeTones and myself.
